FLUID SERVICE TRUCKS
WHERE YOU NEED THEM
Our fluid services trucks are safe, reliable and rigorously maintained for top performance. Our customers know they can depend on Foundation for pumping liquids into and out of storage, for fresh water hauling and waste water removal and for the removal of drilling and completion fluids.
​Foundation can pump and transport any kind of waste your operation generates, including oily wastewater, sludge, drilling fluids & muds, and other hazardous and non-hazardous wastewater products. Our operators are fully licensed and insured to protect your company from liability and ensure your peace of mind.
PUMP/KILL TRUCK
Our pump/kill trucks are used for well pressure control. Uses include testing casing, pressure testing tubing and flow lines, to support well stimulation, and in some cases to hold back pressure inside the casing during wireline operations. Foundation’s pump trucks can hold up to 130 barrels of fluid, and some are capable of pumping up to 10,000 PSI.
VACCUM TRUCKS
Foundation’s vacuum trucks transport non-hazardous fluid or waste to or from your well operation. The materials commonly carried include fresh water, field salt water, 10 lb brines, calcium chloride/bromide, water and oil-based muds and other drilling fluids.
WINCH TRUCKS
For tow and recovery requirements, these trucks are an everyday essential. Their flexibility and usefulness makes them an indispensable asset for our fleet.
HEAT TREATING TRUCKS
Heat Treaters are used to remove water and paraffin from oil which can plug tubing, flow lines, and production tools under low temperatures. In situations where produced salt is so prolific that the flow lines are gummed, our Heat Treaters can heat water to dissolve the salt and bring the well back to production. Foundation’s trucks can also be used for heating water or oil for frac jobs, jetting out solids in reverse unit tanks, oil storage tanks and open lined pits.
